Our story
Explorio World was born out of a simple frustration: finding family-friendly events in a new city was too damn hard. You had to check five different websites, sift through English, Dutch, Romanian and French listings, and still miss half the good stuff.
We set out to fix that. Starting with a handful of European cities and a scrappy data pipeline, we began aggregating events from dozens of sources — Ticketmaster, local WordPress blogs, RSS feeds, open-data portals, and niche ticketing platforms most people have never heard of.
Today Explorio covers 85+ cities and processes thousands of events daily. It's a platform for families, solo explorers, expats, and anyone who wants to make the most of their city — without spending an hour hunting for ideas.
We're built and operated by a small team at Moonera Companion, with a mission to make European culture and entertainment genuinely discoverable for everyone.
