Terms of Service

Explorio World ("Explorio", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Moonera Companion, a company registered in Romania. Our platform is accessible at explorioworld.com and related subdomains.

By accessing or using Explorio World, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to create an account. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your credentials with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are inactive for more than 24 months.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@explorioworld.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Explorio World offers a free tier and optional paid plans ("Explorer"). Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via Stripe.

Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

New subscribers are entitled to a 7-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact hello@explorioworld.com within 7 days of your first payment.

Founding Member pricing is locked for the lifetime of your active subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe, standard pricing applies.

All content, design, code, and data on Explorio World (excluding user-submitted content and third-party event data) is owned by Moonera Companion or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Event listings are aggregated from public sources. We do not claim ownership of third-party event information. Source attribution is maintained where possible.

You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute Explorio's platform content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by our Public API.

You agree not to:

• ▸Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• ▸Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• ▸Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without our permission.
• ▸Submit false, misleading, or spam event listings.
• ▸Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• ▸Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• ▸Use the service to send unsolicited commercial communications.
• ▸Circumvent any rate limits, authentication, or security measures.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, legal action.

Explorio aggregates event information from third-party sources (Ticketmaster, local websites, open-data portals, etc.). We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party content.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Visiting those sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• ▸Event information is always accurate, up-to-date, or complete.
• ▸The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
• ▸Any defects will be corrected.

We always recommend verifying event details directly with the organiser before attending.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moonera Companion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) €10.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at hello@explorioworld.com. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.

EU consumers have the right to access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
